And Now Comes Critical Sex Theory
First
Critical Race Theory
Now
I suppose comes Critical Sex Theory.
According to a Daily Mail publication, at a Victorian school in
Australia, during an assembly, boys were forced to stand up and apologize to female
students for every act of sexual harassment, sexual assault, and even rape
committed by their gender, [1] just like white people have been made to apologize to
every black person, or any person of color for that matter, for the injustices
done against them by those of white lineage and skin color.
Some
of the boys were made to feel like they were evil if they did not participate
in the mandatory apology, even though they felt like they were apologizing for
things that they had never done nor might ever think of doing.
Just
as there are those who would have us all believe that white skin makes a person
inherently evil, there also seems to those within the most radical fringes of
the feminist movement that men, and not women, are made inherently evil by
their gender.
Unless
men and women do not descend from the same common ancestor, that kind of logic just
doesn’t make any sense, and regardless of what your philosophical, religious,
and political leanings may be, I’m sure that we can all agree that it would be
ludicrous to claim that the male and female gender don’t find their origins in
a common source and if they do find their origins in a common source, then it
must also be assumed that both genders carry the same inherent evils within
them even if they are expressed differently in one gender than the other.
But
if we are going to discuss the many ways that men have hurt women, why don’t we
make it fair and discuss how women have also hurt men? I’m sure we could find every bit as much that
a woman needs to apologize for as we find men needing to apologize for. But those who insist on claiming moral
superiority on the basis of either skin color, nationality, lineage, gender,
economic, or social status are as blinded by their self-righteousness as they
can be to sins of their own and to injustices and evils that they themselves
have committed and are either oblivious to or are unwilling to face and admit
their own shortcomings and their own flaws and refuse to even consider that
there is a God in Heaven by whom all things were created before whom they, alongside
whom they perceive to be morally inferior to themselves, will have to give an
account for everything that they have done in this life good or bad and will be
judged accordingly.
But
one thing that all people have in common, regardless of age, skin-color,
gender, lineage, ethnicity, nationality, economic, or social status is that
they are morally fallible and that all fail in their own ways to attain moral
perfection no matter how hard they may try due to what is called a corruptible
condition within themselves that the Bible calls sin, which is more than just
an outward action or a carelessly or cruel spoken word, but instead, it is that
inward corruption that influences the behavior, actions, and spoken words which
are the result of corrupted thoughts, attitudes, and motives.
And
it is because of sin, that neither men nor women always treat each other the
way that they should and it has been this way beginning with the first man Adam
and his wife Eve from whom all of mankind descend.
Before
the entry of sin, God had created a world in which there was no evil, death,
decay, curse, suffering, hardship, grief, sorrow, or adversity of any kind
because God had created everything to be good and it is because He created all
things to be good that there was once perfect harmony, unity, peace, and love
between God, man, and nature, and there was perfect unity and love between man
and woman.
But
man, in the form of two trees, was given a choice between life and death. There was the tree of life (Gen. 2:9) which
would have enabled man to live forever (Gen. 3:22) and then there was the tree
of the knowledge of good and evil (Gen. 2:9) which man was told by God not to
eat from, warning him that in the day that he did, he would surely die. (Gen.
2:16-17, 3:3)
But
sadly, man disobeyed the command of his Maker and ate of that fruit that he was
told not to eat from and it was in that day sin entered into him and as a
consequence, eventually died, as was the sentenced pronounced upon him. (Gen. 3:19)
But
sin was not just confined to Adam and Eve.
It was then passed down to all of mankind because it is from Adam and
Eve from whom we all descend. (Rom. 5:12) And it is due to sin being passed
down to all of us that we are all born into sin and because we are born into
sin, we therefore all die for as it is written, the wages of sin is death (Rom.
6:23) but not only has brought about the death of the body, but it has
estranged us from our Creator because the sinless incorruptible God will not directly
dwell or allow to dwell with Him that which is sinful.
For
sin taints, corrupts, and ruins all that it touches. And it is on account of sin that not only does
mankind suffer, but all of creation as well, for as it is written, the entire
creation groans and travails in pain. (Rom. 8:19-22)
It
is because of sin that we witness and experience every kind of evil, suffering,
hardship, grief, and sorrow that there ever could be. It is because of sin that all of creation is
subject to death and decay. It is because
of sin that whereas there should be perfect love and unity among men, there is division,
warring, conflict, and hatred of every kind; why there are such evils such as
racial division and distrust between the two genders whom God created to be in perfect
harmony with one another.
So
why is it then that there are women who distrust and even despise men? Sin.
Why
are there men who might distrust and hold contemptible women? Sin.
Why
are there husbands who cruelly mistreat their wives? Sin.
Why
are their wives who constantly humiliate, disparage, denigrate, and even try to
provoke their husbands to wrath? Sin.
Why
do men and women make promises to each other at the wedding alter that they
never intend to keep or will only keep so long as it is convenient for
them? Sin.
And
how it grieves the God who made them both when there is cruelty and abuse where
there should be love.
How
it must grieve Him that there, in some cases, should be such distrust and even
hatred between the two genders when there should be respectful fellowship.
How
it must grieve Him when the two join together in holy matrimony for selfish
gain rather than out of regard for each other’s welfare bound in a deep
self-sacrificing love for one another.
How
it must grieve the Creator when the spouses envy, deride, oppose, hinder, and
even compete against each other when they should be supporting each other in
pursuit of common goals and encouraging each other in the pursuit of fulfilling
their own respective God-given purpose.
And
how it must grieve Him when they are not honest with one another nor transparent
with each other.
It
is all contrary to that perfect loving and unified relationship God had created
the man and woman to share with one another and the injustices and evil that
they have done to each other shall face judgment and be done away with just as
everything else contrary to the desired design of God Almighty will also be
done away with and they who do those things contrary to that which is good and
pleasing in the eyes of our Creator will also be cast into everlasting hellfire
forever for nothing sinful and evil will ever be able to inhabit the Kingdom of
God nor the new and better world that He has made ready for they who they who
fear and reverence Him and set their hearts to do that which is good and right
in His eyes.
But
due to sin being present within us, we have all sinned and fallen short of the
glory of God (Rom. 3:23) which is moral perfection and which is required for us
to enter into the Kingdom of God, but because the goodness of even the best of
us fall short of the perfected state required, we are all made to stand
condemned by our sins before a Holy and just God and all sin, no matter how
seemingly slight, is subject everlasting punishment but God is not willing that
any should perish but that all would come to repentance (2 Pet. 3:9) and He has
provided a means by which we can be redeemed and it is through a man called
Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God who came to earth as a man who was
that needed sacrifice on our behalf; His sinlessness (2 Cor. 5:21, Heb. 4:15) qualifying
Him to take upon Himself that demanded penalty for sin on our behalf, and then
was raised from the dead for our justification. (Rom. 4:25)
In
His death was something done on our behalf that we could never do for ourselves. By the love of God was Jesus sent to die on
the cross for our sins and to be raised again from the dead so that we who
place our trust in Him alone for our salvation will not perish but have
everlasting life. (Jn. 3:16)
And
it is when we place our trust in Christ alone for our salvation and repent of
our sins that we receive the forgiveness of sins that brings us into the Kingdom
of God. And it is upon calling upon the name
of the Lord for salvation that He comes to dwell in us by way of the Holy
Spirit which dwells inside of all who submit themselves to our Lord and it is
by this Spirit that we undergo an inward transformation; that transformation
that causes us to, out of love for God, and out of gratitude and appreciation
for His goodness, for the mercy shown us, and the salvation that we have
received in Christ, to please and honor God in all that we do and to refrain
from those things that are evil in His eyes,
to
walk in His truth alone and not in the lies of this evil world,
to
place our faith in Him for our needs, to sustain us in times of difficulty, and
to deliver us from evil rather than in the things of this present world subject
to failure,
to
rely upon our Creator to guide us rightly and to make prudent and wise choices
and not in the faulty, misleading, foolish, and even harmful counsel of this
present world,
to
live for the building up of the treasures and honors that await us in Heaven rather
than that which comes from this world,
and
to concern ourselves only with expanding the eternal Kingdom rather than
building up for ourselves a temporal empire.
It
is this very transformation in Christ that will cause a husband who might have
been abusive towards his wife to be loving, kind, and gentle with her.
It
is this very transformation that causes a wife who was once demeaning and belligerent
towards her husband to treat him with greater respect than before.
It
is this very transformation that causes a tumultuous marriage to be more
harmonious, peaceful, and loving, unifying the two spouses on all thing
essential in the eyes of God and causing them to exhibit tolerance towards one
another on those things that are not essential.
It
is this very transformation that causes a woman who may harbor a distrust and
even a hatred for men to learn to judge each man in accordance to his own
actions and his own words and not by the actions of those who may have caused
her harm and heartache and to treat them with the respect that she herself
would want to be treated with, and likewise the man who may have a distrust in
women to judge every woman in accordance to her conduct and not by the hurt
done by those to whom he had entrusted his heart to and to treat her in the way
he would want her to treat him.
It
is this transformation that causes both men and women to treat each other with
the dignity and respect that they themselves would wish to be treated with and
to love each other the way they would want to be loved.
It
is also this transformation that causes a man and a woman to join each other in
holy matrimony with pure and honorable motives, to uphold their vows to one
another in any and all given circumstances, and with an undying love for one
another and with regard for each other’s welfare, and not out of convenience,
material, or economic gain, and to support each other in the pursuit of their
respective God-given dreams and ambitions no matter the odds against them.
It
is this transformation that causes men and women to esteem each other higher than
themselves rather than exalting themselves over one another.
And
it is this transformation that brings the unity, fellowship, peace, respect,
and dignity desired of God between the two genders and which eliminates the
so-called gender divide and gender gap between men and women.
And
with this spiritual transformation, will be the eventual transformation of our
bodies from forms subject to death to forms no longer subject to death when
they are changed from a corruptible form to an incorruptible form. (1 Cor. 15:51-55,
1 Thess. 4:13-18)
And
finally, creation itself will be liberated from the curse of sin when it is
made new and in this new heaven and earth, no evil will be allowed to dwell therein. Death will be no more. Sin will have no
place. And there will be no grief, pain,
sorrow, hardship, or adversity because all of these things will be done away
with. (Rev. 21-22) There will only be happiness, peace, joy, and harmony before
the Lord and that is the world whom all who come to Christ in repentance will
inherit but an exceedingly dreadful judgment awaits those who persist in their
unrepentance and enmity towards their Maker.
I
urge you reader, that if you have not done so already, call upon the name of
Jesus for salvation before it is too late, because after this present life,
which can end for any of us at any moment, comes eternity and what we decide
about the Gospel message can not only affect the course of life but will also
determine where you spend eternity. All
it takes is a simple prayer:
"Lord
Jesus I need you.
I
realize that I am a sinner
who
has fallen short of the glory of God
and
that my goodness falls short
of
your standard of Moral perfection.
Please
forgive me of all of my sins.
Come
into my heart and into my life
to
be the Savior and Lord of my life.
Make
me into the servant and follower
that
you want me to be.
In
your name Lord Jesus, I pray.
Amen."
