We Are Already Experiencing A Great Disillusionment But Now We Need A Great Spiritual Awakening

When Donald Trump first ran for the presidency, there was already a discontent with the political establishment; it was already clear to a growing number of people that the anti-Christ party did not hold at heart the best interests of the people and was overall hostile to the faith, values, morals, and liberties many hold dear but not only was there growing discontent with the anti-Christ party, but there was also dissatisfaction with even some of the Republicans.

Trump was able to tap into the discontent of the populous and appeal to those very things most important to us in a way that no one else ever could.  He boldly stood up not only against the political establishment, but also a hostile media complex and it was this boldness, his ability to tap into the discontent of the populous, and appeal to the values dear to us that won him not only the primary but also the presidency itself with a wider margin than we anticipated, even to the shock and dismay of the children and servants of darkness and it was in the year of 2016 that the MAGA movement was officially born, but the desire to Make America Great Again did not begin with Trump; the desire has been within the hearts, minds, and souls of many for a long time.  It is just that Trump gave a new life and energy to that desire and ambition and from what I can tell, it has not gone out yet and may it never go out.  May the MAGA movement grow ever stronger in the hearts and minds of the American people every day.

The political establishment and media was a thorn in the side of the Trump administration from day one but in spite of fierce resistance that Trump had faced from the political establishment, he did succeed in making things significantly better for the nation.  Under Trump, we were more self-sufficient, more secure, our military was stronger and more combat ready, our economy was better than it had been under the Obamination administration, and our freedoms and sovereignty were under less threat than today.  Trump was and is the closest thing to a Ronald Reagan that we have had; in fact in my opinion, he is a Ronald Reagan 2.0.  I don’t think that even Reagan could hold a candle to rightful President Donald Trump.  Another thing that has enabled Trump to gain such respect amongst many is that he, unlike most within the political arena, has shown himself to be a man, not of the ruling class or the elitist faction of our society, but instead, he has shown himself to be a man of the people and for the people.

But then came the COVID lockdowns carried out, not at the federal levels, but at the state and local levels showed us all how much we took for granted as businesses were forcibly closed and jobs were lost.  Our growing economy came to a near grinding halt and in many cases, the lockdowns took a toll on many small businesses which closed permanently never to reopen again because they were not able to sustain the duration of the lockdowns that lasted in some cases for months.  But what was also revealed to us and to the disappointment of many devout people of faith was the cowardice and faithlessness of much of our religious establishment which is supposed to serve as the spiritual and moral conscience of the nation and people.  It is heartbreaking to think about how many people during the lockdowns were given reason to earnestly seek out their Maker only to find the doors of most churches closed when they would otherwise be conducting a regular worship service or Bible study.

Many men of the cloth so to speak thought they could substitute in-person services with distant online video sermons and readers, don’t misunderstand me, I have nothing against online ministries or sermons broadcast by video.  It is a great and wonderful way for a clergyperson to reach beyond their respective locale out to an audience to preach to them messages of hope, comfort, and a sense of meaning and purpose that can only be found in the worship of and devotion to the God who made all things, but even that cannot replace the intimate setting of an in-person worship service.  For some, the local congregation is the only family they have.  Imagine the loneliness that those without anyone apart from the congregation of their respective church must have experienced all because much of the Church feared a virus and man more than God before whom all men will have to stand and give an account for everything they have done in this present life both good and bad.

But as more information about the COVID virus came to light, the more apparent it became that it was no more or less dangerous than the flu and nothing more than an instrument of psychological warfare carried out upon the entire world and with great success in most cases but worse, the so-called medical experts recommended to us cures worse than the virus itself and withheld from us those treatments most safe and effective against the virus and persisted in their fearmongering with both civic authorities and private entities subjecting us to unnecessary measures and restriction all in the name of public health and safety and yet which had nothing to do with the sort but with everything to do with crushing our economy and assaulting our God-given liberties in order to subjugate and enslave us to an oppressive and wicked form of rule.

Worst of all, the anti-Christ party and the agents of the coming New World Order exploited the COVID crisis to their own ends and cheated their way into power and we saw the defeat of almost every honest attempt to ensure that the election results were honest and accurate and that the ones who appeared the rightful winners were actually such be thwarted by state governors legislatures, the courts, and even the federal government itself.

We saw grievous miscarriages of justice by those very institutions that should have properly administered justice and we saw men punished more severely for mere buffoonish behavior than the seditious rioters and opportunistic criminals who burned, pillaged, and murdered who but after spending a few days in jail were released to go out and do whatever it was they desired while innocent and peaceful protesters at the capitol have been left lingering indefinitely in jail for months and in terrible conditions just for attending a Trump rally calling on Congress and the traitorous VP Mike Pence to not certify potentially fraudulent electoral results, which they did.

And after Trump left the White House, he was immediately banned from Fartface and Twitter and not only him, but several people of like-mind who dared question and challenge the integrity of the election, COVID-related fearmongering and so forth, were purged from those platforms.  It is not only the mainstream manure pile that attempts to control the way men think, but also big tech as well, no matter how errant, wrong, illogical, and irrational the manner in which they want us to think may be.

Most of our academic establishments have not been known for providing an honest education to our students for decades and even for actively suppressing anything that challenges their indoctrination attempts, but even at the elementary school level, minds are being poisoned against everything that is good and wholesome, honorable, and respectable.  Wisdom and common sense have gone out of many of our publicly funded academic establishments at every level.  It began when the academic establishments and mainstream scientific community challenged the historicity of the Genesis account of creation and began teaching our students that men evolved from apes and that everything was brought into existence by time, chance, and random process that are impersonal and cannot think, plan, or devise and that we are no more or less unique and special than an insect or an amoeba and after that, they began to teach our students that a boy can become a girl and a girl can become a boy, that there are more than two genders, that gender is not based on biology but upon what each person feels they are and as if that were not enough, it has been revealed that many of our public schools at every level are imposing perversion upon our children, undermining the efforts of parents to raise them up to be morally upright, law-abiding productive citizens, and turning them against everything that is good, decent, honorable, and respectable.

Wisdom, common sense, and integrity have clearly gone out of the public school system to the point that many parents are either considering sending their children to private and charter schools or, if they are able, just simply homeschooling them.

Our schools, colleges, universities, and other public establishments have shown, in the name of transgender rights, a blatant disregard for the safety of our women and for the integrity of women’s athletics.

Our military leaders have shown themselves to be more concerned with appeasing the LGBT community, rooting out a form of domestic extremism that was demonstrated to be almost non-existent amongst the rank-and-file military members, and causing division amongst the ranks by skin-color and gender who might otherwise stand united instead of focusing on national security and combat readiness.

And with the kind of leadership we have, I do not see how anyone can possibly trust that the military will ever set anything right and overthrow the current illegitimate administration along with the Devil State and reinstate the rightful President.  That would have to be done by rank and file military service members but they would first have to purge themselves of their current military leadership and the military industrial complex before they could take any direct action against the Devil State and the wicked administration that it has placed in power against the will of the people.

What this Great Disillusionment has shown us is that we cannot place full unquestioning trust in those establishments and institutions that we have relied on to maintain a peaceful, prosperous, and orderly course of our nation.

Many of our religious leaders refuse to serve as the spiritual and moral conscience of our nation because they fear man more than God and desire the favor of this present world more than the favor of the God whom they claim to serve.
Our media cannot be trusted to give us honest information.
Big tech cannot be trusted to allow a free unrestricted flow of information even though they claim to support free speech.
Academia cannot be trusted to provide an honest education.
Our law enforcement cannot always be trusted to maintain peace, order, and safety as they should, uphold the rule of law as they should, or properly administer justice as they should.
The scientific and medical community cannot be trusted to be honest with the presentation of their data nor can every claim of theirs be trusted be truthful and accurate; they can be just as deceptive, corrupt and dishonest as any politician can be known for and as the mainstream manure pile can be.

The one thing made apparent to many is that every institution of man is subject to corruption, does not always fulfill the purpose for what it may have originally been established and even does the opposite of its intended purpose; they are not always run and operated by those who have the best interests of the people they are supposed to serve at heart.

But what we now must all be willing to look to is that since all institutions of man are subject to corruption is that the only thing we can place full unquestioning trust in is in a power and authority that is inerrant and not subject to corruption but is above all fallibility because it is only from that power that a truth can come forth that we can place our full trust in.
It is only in such an authority whose laws and precepts can be trusted to be for our own good.
It is only by the wisdom and counsel of this authority can the course of our lives and society be properly ordered.
It is in this governance we can trust for justice to be properly administered.
It is only from our Creator that we can ever attain a sense of purpose and meaning to our lives.
It is only in Him that we can really trust to provide for all of our needs even if we do not receive from Him everything we want, and it is only in Him upon whom we can rely to sustain us in times of difficulty and to deliver us from evil.

We are already undergoing what can be described as the Great Disillusionment in the sense that everything of man that we have ever placed our trust in has failed us and even been turned against us.

Now, we need to begin our transition from the Great Disillusionment to the Great Awakening that many have prayed for and have so long sought after on behalf of this nation; a Great Awakening that will turn our nation back to the God whose principles it was built upon in the first place for it is only when there is a return to God will there then be a return to the moral and righteous laws that came from Him and it is only when we embrace our Maker once more will there also be an embrace of His wisdom, counsel, and guidance.

For those who have recognized the Great Disillusionment but have yet to surrender themselves to the God who made them, it is time that they resolve to embrace the Spirit who is the source of all truth, the definer of what is right and wrong, and the sole decider of what our rights and liberties are and it is not enough to just be content with or build our worldview upon who and what we think the Creator to whom we owe our existence may be, but it is upon what He has said and revealed to us that our thinking must be shaped and by which the course of our lives must be directed, but this Great Awakening is going to require of us a change and a transformation that is not just political, economic, academic, or even a social change; it is also going to require of us a change to take place inside each and every one of us from the inside out for once the inward person is changed and transformed then so does the basis upon which our choices are made, so does the course that our lives take, and when this inward transformation is embraced by enough of us, we will then begin to notice a difference in how our places of worship and religious organizations operate, how education is taught, how the news is reported, how our private sector conducts itself in the treatment of its workers and its dealings with its customers and clients, what our entertainment industry celebrates, elevates, and affirms, and the manner in which our leadership governs.

But the first thing that needs to be done is that we need to find out what there is within us that needs to be changed because it is in each and every one of us that this transformation must begin because it is in each and every one of us that this Great Awakening must take place.  And it can only begin when we resolve to earnestly seek out our Creator, examine ourselves before Him, and invite Him into our hearts, minds, and souls to change us into that which is good and pleasing in His eyes and to shape us into suitable and worthy servants of His.

But in order to find out what there is within us that needs to be changed, we examine ourselves before God Almighty by measuring ourselves against the laws and precepts that He has set forth and not just those which govern our actions but it also requires an examination of our inward person; the thoughts, attitudes, and motives that are not seen of men which will also be taken as much into account when we finally stand before our Maker just as the outward actions seen of men will be for as it is written, it is not that which enters into a man that defiles him but it is what is within man that defiles him (Mt. 15:11, 18-19) which is why when we take time to examine ourselves before Almighty God, no matter how upright and good any of us might think ourselves to be, it can be very humbling experience, and not only that, it can also be a most terrifying experience having full understanding of the immensely fearful judgment that we are destined to face if we are not redeemed and cleansed from our sins and iniquities.

Therefore, if we find ourselves falling short of the moral standard of God, then what can we do and what must we do in order to be saved from what would otherwise be a terrifying and never ending eternity of punishment?

If the moral standard required of us by our Maker is impossible to attain to, then what is it within us that causes us to fall short of His glory (Rom. 3:23) no matter how morally upright we try to be, no matter how much good we try to do, or how much love and kindness that we try to show to others around us?  What is it within us that causes our own goodness, even at its best to be tainted and defiled?  And what must be done about what is causing us to fall short of God’s standard of moral perfection?  How we approach these crucial matters and how we choose to respond to them has serious ramifications for the course of our lives, society, and eternity itself and if there is an inward condition within each of us that makes it impossible to be morally perfect before God, then it is also the reason why the people and institutions that we have relied upon for bringing us stability, direction, hope, and even comfort will never be worthy of our full trust, no matter how good and noble their intentions for us may be because if there is one thing that all people have in common regardless of their skin-color, gender, age, ethnicity, economic status, social status, or occupation, it is that we have within us an inherent condition within us that the Bible calls sin; sin not merely being a bad action or even an ill-spoken word, but the tainted and corrupted condition of our very nature that first entered into our first ancestors, being the first man Adam, and the first woman, Eve, the wife of Adam, had disobeyed their Creator when they had eaten fruit forbidden to them from a certain tree called the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. (Gen. 2:16-17)

It was in that day, that sin had entered into them and as a consequence they had received upon themselves the sentence of death (Gen. 3:19) and not only they themselves, but we also because we are their descendants having inherited from them sin (Rom. 5:12) and as a consequence are also subject to death which is why it is written, that the wages of sin is death (Rom. 6:23) but the consequences of sin was not contained to just mankind, but sin has also brought upon the entire creation itself a curse that has subjected it to death, decay, and every kind and manner of evil, suffering, grief, sorrow, pain, and hardship that their ever has been or ever could be. (Rom. 8:19-22)

Sin taints, perverts, and destroys everything that it touches which is why sin causes a separation between God and man and why they who remain in sin will never be able to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven and there is coming a day when the sin and evil of this world is going to reach its measure and must face judgment for Almighty God cannot and will not allow the evils of this world to abide forever but yet if He delays judgment, it is because that He is a God of love and mercy, taking no pleasure in punishment and have no desire that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. (2 Pet. 3:9)

And it is because that He is not willing that any face eternal damnation that He sent Jesus Christ our Lord and His only begotten Son to redeem us which He did in taking upon Himself the demanded penalty for sin on the cross and then rising from the dead to show His sacrifice on our behalf acceptable that our faith in Him for the forgiveness of sins would be justified. (Rom. 4:25)

And just as our souls are cleansed of sin and made anew (2 Cor. 5:17) so one day our bodies, being presently subjected to death, will no longer be subjected to the ravages of death and decay, but will be changed into forms in which sin no longer dwells and therefore no longer subject to death, but will be bodies that will live on forever (1 Cor. 15:51-55, 1 Thess. 4:13-18) and finally, creation itself will be liberated from the curse of sin when it is made anew and into a world and creation in which there is no sin, death, evil, darkness, decay, grief, pain, or sorrow but only life, light, peace, happiness, and joy before the Lord everlasting. (Rev. 21-22)

If you are among those who have been experiencing a Great Disillusionment with everything that you have placed your trust, that you thought might bring you peace but didn’t, that might bring you satisfaction, but still left you discontented, that you relied upon for security, order, and stability but failed to do so, that you thought would meet all of your needs but never did, that you thought would bring you fulfillment but still left you empty somehow, that you thought might bring a sense of direction and clarity in your life but has still left you confused, perplexed, and lost, that you thought would bring you a sense of liberty but did the opposite, and that you thought was credible, honorable, and trustworthy but instead was shown to be otherwise, then make yourself ready to receive into yourself a spiritual Great Awakening that can only be found in our Lord, God, Creator, and Redeemer, Jesus Christ.

He does not promise a life of ease and comfort but He will sustain us in times of difficulty.
He does not promise that we will receive everything we want, but He will give us everything we need.
He does not promise a life without grief or tragedy, but He does promise to comfort us in the midst thereof and even some measure of restoration.
He does not promise immunity from all evil, but He does promise to work out all things for the good of those who love Him. (Rom. 8:28)
But most importantly, He promises all who place their trust in Him eternity in Heaven and in the new world to come if they will but call upon Him for the forgiveness of all sins and to wipe away the griefs, sorrows, and tears of everyone who will come to Him in repentance.

All it takes is just a simple sincere prayer of repentance:

"Lord Jesus I need you.

I realize that I am a sinner
who has fallen short of the glory of God
and that my goodness falls short
of your standard of Moral perfection.

Please forgive me of all of my sins.
Come into my heart and into my life
to be the Savior and Lord of my life.
Make me into the servant and follower
that you want me to be.
In your name Lord Jesus, I pray.

Amen."

Know that God is not concerned with the words that you use to call upon Him forgiveness, but with the attitude of your heart and if you have, with all sincerity, have asked Christ to forgive you of your sins, placing your trust in Him only for your salvation and in nothing else, then your sins are forgiven and your place in Heaven is certain.
