Those Persisting In Accusing Israel Of Committing Genocide Should Consider The Following…
For those who persist in accusing
Israel of committing genocide, Alan M. Dershowitz, writing for the Gatestone
Institute asks us to consider the following:
When Hamas provides its self-serving numbers
of those allegedly killed by Israel, they refuse to distinguish between
combatants and civilians. They certainly do not identify complicit
"civilians," nor do they indicate how many were killed by the
"friendly fire" of Hamas and other terrorist groups, whose rockets
routinely misfire and land within Gaza. In a deliberate effort to mislead,
Hamas instead purports to list the number of women and children who have been
killed. But they include terrorists under the age of 19 as "children"
and female terrorists as "women."
They elected Hamas and, according to
recent polls, continue to support it and would vote for those terrorists again.
Some are more responsible than
others. Consider, for example, the civilians who followed the terrorists into
Israel on October 7. These civilians captured a nurse named Nili Margalit,
forcibly transported her to Gaza after murdering other Israelis who were hiding
in a shelter. When those civilians returned to Gaza, they displayed her to the
"jubilant crowds" of civilians who cheered her civilian kidnappers.
Other Gazan civilians were not as
directly complicit in Hamas's murders, rapes, beheadings and kidnappings, but
they made these crimes possible by spying for Hamas when they were given
employment by the Israeli kibbutzim…
Other Gazan civilians permitted their
homes to be used to hide and launch rockets, while still others allowed their
children to be used as human shields. Some civilians are apparently hiding or
helping to hide hostages. Many are providing financial and logistical support.
Among the so-called innocent
"civilians" who Hamas claims have been killed by Israel, there are
thousands of guilty and complicit civilians without whose assistance Hamas
could not have succeeded in their barbarisms. [1]
And the reason why, according to a
poll conducted by the Arab World for Research & Development, [2] also cited by Jihad Watch [3] and the Jewish News Syndicate, [4] is because they desire the total destruction
of the nation of Israel and the annihilation of all Jews from the land the
so-called Palestinians claim to be their own despite the fact that they have no theological
or any historical claim to the land of Israel and therefore, most so-called
Palestinians view Hamas favorably and therefore were not opposed to the killing
of Israelis, be they combatants or non-combatants and refuse to condemn the
abducting, torture, rape, and killing of women and children. Firsthand experience of the hatred and
hostility those taken into Gaza, but who have since been released, seems to be
consistent with the aforementioned surveys.
85 Yaffa Adar a Holocaust survivor
and now, a former hostage, recounted that when she was taken into Gaza, there
were "people all around, lots of them, spitting, yelling—not pleasant."
[5]
Yarden Roman Gat in an interview,
told how she was displayed like a trophy in front of a jubilant crowd [6] and before that respective interview, she
had beforehand told her husband, Alon Gat, that she did not know if she might
be lynched in front of the bloodthirsty mob; [7]
That same fear also shared by Sharon
Aloni-Kunyo who told how the people of Gaza were beating her and the other
hostages taken alongside her from all sides when they were taken into Gaza as
well. [8]
And while she was being held in the
Gaza strip, Ophelia Rothman recalled how the Gazan people were celebratory when
rockets would strike Israeli cities and towns; the people not seeming to care
where the rockets landed. [9] Also, Ofir
Engel, when he was held captive, was given the impression that the Gazan’s
don’t care about each other and that they might be even more radicalized than
even the terrorists. [10]
Also, when Doron Katz-Asher was
released from captivity, that did not stop the Gazan people from swarming and
beating on the red cross vehicle in which she was being transported back to
Israel. [11]
And when Roni Krivoi, according to
his aunt, tried to escape captivity, he was recaptured by Gazan civilians and
returned to his captors (he has not yet agreed to an official interview) [12]
During the initial attack Daniel Meir
head of security in Nirim, his respective Kibbutz, recounted how the terrorists
and civilians were cooperating together (terrorists doing most of the killing
while the civilians were focused on looting and kidnapping [13] and according to a WhatsApp correspondence between
Noa Argmani and Avinatan Or and some friends of theirs, before the two were
captured and taken hostage, there were at least as many as 20 Gazans hunting
down people to lynch. [14] Argamani and Or still remain
hostages to this day; their fates unknown.
Also, Nili Margalit, a former captive
recounted how a mob of thousands of people which included "women and
children," poured across Israel's breached border with Gaza, and that she
witnessed two boys, one being no more
than “4 or 5 years old" and the other 15 or 16, riding an ATV that
belonged to her father, a local cattle breeder who was among about 1,200 people
in Israel murdered by terrorists on that day. [15]
And N12, an Israeli media
outlet, documented the following:
…gunfire pierces the guard post of
one of the kibbutz gates, and the terrorists break in. As of now, this is the
first squad to arrive, there are no crowds gathering. They will be followed by
hundreds of Gazans, some of whom are not combatants at all, who will be more
concerned with selfies on the kibbutz gates and later with looting. They came
from Gaza by the hundreds, some wearing flip-flops, on donkeys, and they are in
no hurry. An hour, two hours, seven or even eight hours, from the kibbutz where
many people have already been killed, the looters choose what to take. [16]
Gadi Yarkoni, the mayor of the Eshkol
Regional Council, which encompasses most of the Gaza border communities that
were attacked also gave the following accounts:
The second wave of Arabs who came
into the country were just as cruel as the terrorists of the first wave… We saw that it was not only Hamas who came to slaughter us. It was all
the residents of Gaza, including people who worked in our kibbutzim… I don't know what's going on with our hostages and missing people. Their
families are crying out, and the people of Gaza, who we once thought were good,
are responsible. It’s not just Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Ordinary people from
Gaza took [our citizens] [17]
He also recounted just one of many
gruesome scenes:
I saw a scene where a Gazan civilian
chopped off a man's head. It took him several attempts to detach the head from
the body. [18]
There is also video footage of plain
clothes Gazans entering into Israel from Gaza shortly after the attacks by
Hamas had commenced, [19] even tearing down a section of border
fence with a bulldozer, [20] and also taking part in kidnappings [21] and even murder. [22] There is also that infamous footage of the
body of Shani Luk being brought into Gaza and displayed like an animal that had
just been shot by a group of hunters and upon which at least one Gazan civilian
is shown spitting, clearly showing his contempt for the murdered woman. [23]
But not only do they have such a
vitriolic hatred for Israel, the US, and even Britain, [24] but they also seem to show such ingratitude
towards even those nations and organizations who would be their sympathizers
and supporters, including other Islamic countries. [25]
Even Iran, who has been funding Hamas
in its determination to see Israel wiped off the map is looked upon very
negatively by the so-called Palestinians, [26] but then again, it should be no surprise there since the so-called
Palestinians are Sunni and the Iranians are Shiite, but it makes absolutely no
sense as to why they would resent other Sunni Muslim nations. Could it be because they were willing, for
the sake of peace, to establish diplomatic ties with Israel which was put into
motion by the Abram Peace Accords established by the Trump and Netanyahu
administrations? [27-30] Is it because when Israel invaded
Gaza in retaliation for the horrific and terrifying attacks carried out by
Hamas that other Islamic nations were unwilling to take any meaningful action
against Israel? Possibly, but who knows and as Jihad Watch noted, [31] it appears that they seem to hate and
despise anyone who is not a so-called Palestinian, be they a Muslim or not and
so one must wonder what it is that is driving such an irrational hatred and
resentment towards, not only Jews and non-Muslims, and Shiite Muslims, but
other Sunni Muslims as well.
It is as though there is something
other than the teachings of Islam that is driving such hatred and resentment
for the rest of the world; something even darker than Islam itself but
regardless, it seems as those everyone accusing Israel of committing genocide
are either ignorant or even worse, dismissive of the fact that hatred,
violence, and murder have resided in the hearts of the so-called Palestinians
long before the October 7 attacks and at least in part, that hatred is
instilled in them by the teachings of the Hadith, one of the main sacred texts
of Islam which command of Muslims the following:
Allah's Messenger said, "You
(i.e. Muslims) will fight with the Jews until some of them will hide behind
stones. The stones will (betray them) saying, 'O `Abdullah (i.e. slave of
Allah)! There is a Jew hiding behind me; so kill him.'" (Sahih Bukhari
Book 56, Hadith 138 or Vol. 4, Book 52, Hadith 176 [32]
And in another passage:
Allah's Messenger said, "The
Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone
behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew
hiding behind me, so kill him." (Sahih Bukhari Book 56, Hadith 139 or Vol.
4, Book 52, Hadith 177) [33]
I can think of no other teaching in
the Islamic faith that calls for the killing of an entire people more clearly
than these two passages. How is anyone
supposed to have sympathy for a people who have chosen for themselves a faith
that advances itself by way of violence and destruction? And what I find even
troubling is that the Biden administration is considering admitting so-called
Palestinian refugees into the US; [34] people who hate America every bit as much as they hate Israel. [35]
Congressman Andy Ogles (R-TN) stated
of the Biden creature’s intentions to admit so-called Palestinian refugees into
the US:
Mindlessly allowing hundreds of
thousands of unvetted Palestinian aliens into our nation is an unacceptable
threat to national security…The vast majority of Palestinian Arabs continue to
support Hamas’ butchery on October 7 and hate our American way of life. [36]
The Biden administration claims to be
against Antisemitism and violence against Jews [36] and yet he is considering on importing into our nation
the very people who are for what the Biden creature says he opposes.
It seems rather ironic to me that the
very people against whom Israel is accused of committing genocide happen to be,
as a whole, a genocidal people themselves.
Michael Milshtein, a former senior
Israeli military intelligence officer stated, “The main issue is that the
organization is very much melted into the social structure of Gaza… There is no way you can really know
who is Hamas. Someone might have a grocery store where he sells tomatoes and
water, but he might also have storehouse of weapons and give religious lessons
there.” [37]
As far as Mia Shem, who was held captive
by the people of Gaza before being released is concerned, “There are no
innocent civilians.” [38] “Everyone there are terrorists.” [39]
Agam Goldstein-Almog, another former
captive, also declared, "We will never forgive and we will never show any
kind of empathy towards these people…If we previously believed that there was a
chance for peace, we've lost all faith in these people, especially after we
were there and among the population." [40]
The civilian involvement in the
attacks, kidnappings, and atrocities that took place on that infamous day also
led Daniel Meir to conclude:
I am a man of peace…I wanted us to
live in peace—that we could drive to the ocean over there [in Gaza] and that we
could do groceries in Rafah or Khan Yunis. I think even most right-wing
Israelis at the end of the day pray for peace. The desire for peace is
ingrained in all of us.
But today we understand that [the
Palestinians] are educated differently. They are educated for something else.
Just as we crave peace, they crave jihad…They are raising monsters. And it is
impossible to make peace with monsters. [41]
The war between the Gaza strip and
Israel will not end with the destruction of Hamas. The destruction of Hamas may only be just the
beginning of the end of the so-called Palestinian movement as we know it and if
there is an attempted genocide against the Palestinian people, it will be one
that they have brought upon themselves and it will be a genocide driven by
vengeance and carried out to stamp out a threat to the survival of Israel; at
least that is how the people of Israel will see it, but the scripture does
foretell that the people of Ishmael, being Arabs (including the so-called
Palestinians) will dwell among their brethren (Isaac, Israel); (Gen. 16:12) the
passage indicating that Israel and Ishmael will put aside their animosity
towards each other and seek peace with one another as is the hope stated in the
Abraham Peace Accords:
We, the undersigned, recognize the
importance of maintaining and strengthening peace in the
Middle East and around the world
based on mutual understanding and coexistence, as well as
respect for human dignity and
freedom, including religious freedom.
We encourage efforts to promote
interfaith and intercultural dialogue to advance a culture of
peace among the three Abrahamic
religions and all humanity.
We believe that the best way to
address challenges is through cooperation and dialogue and that
developing friendly relations among
States advances the interests of lasting peace in the Middle
East and around the world.
We seek tolerance and respect for
every person in order to make this world a place where all can
enjoy a life of dignity and hope, no
matter their race, faith or ethnicity.
We support science, art, medicine,
and commerce to inspire humankind, maximize human
potential and bring nations closer
together.
We seek to end radicalization and
conflict to provide all children a better future.
We pursue a vision of peace,
security, and prosperity in the Middle East and around the world.
In this spirit, we warmly welcome and
are encouraged by the progress already made in
establishing diplomatic relations
between Israel and its neighbors in the region under the
principles of the Abraham Accords. We
are encouraged by the ongoing efforts to consolidate
and expand such friendly relations
based on shared interests and a shared commitment to a better
future. [42]
[Signatures illegible]
But this is not going to happen until
the hate, murder, and violence that the Palestinians have towards the Israelis
is driven from them and it may very well take facing the threat of
extermination to drive it out of them because if the statements of Michael
Milshtein, Agam Almog, Daniel Meir, and Mia Shem one day end up being the
shared sentiment of the Israeli public at large, the Israelis in that day will
be driven by nothing more than an “us or them” mentality. And very strangely, the so-called
Palestinians nor the possibility of a Palestinian statehood are not even
mentioned in the Abraham Peace Accords.
And if I had to make a prediction,
and I could be wrong about this, it would be that in the not too distant
future, there will be someone having been deeply and personally affected by the
2023 October 7th attacks by Hamas and who may have even personally
witnessed the sudden assault take place, saw the killing and kidnapping of
several people including people they may have known and held dear, and, for all
anyone may know, who may have also been taken hostage and even presently still
be in captivity themselves, who will come to power and when they do, they will,
out of shear vengeance, order an ethnic cleansing of the Gaza strip and when
they are done with the Gaza strip and have retaken it, they will seek to do the
same to the West Bank.
The world at large, including the US,
may very well see this figure as a Jewish version of an Adolf Hitler (no
offense meant to any Jewish readers out there), but the Israeli public will
hail him or her as a hero as he or she will be able to easily convince the
Israeli public at large that the Palestinian people as a whole are an
irredeemable existential threat that needs to be eliminated---every man, every
woman, and every child.
And they will repeatedly appeal to
the memory of that infamous October 7th day and to the public’s
desire and longing for peace and security to great effect.
And when that day comes, the wave of
violence and vengeance upon the so-called Palestinians is going to be so severe
and so fierce that the Palestinian people will beg for and desire peace and to
be spared from death and violence so badly, that they will agree to abide by
any set terms or demands just to avoid being exterminated, even going so far as
to declare the Palestinian Liberation Movement a lost cause.
What is about to be unleashed upon
the Palestinians will be beyond anything they have ever experienced or
imagined.
If we think the number of
Palestinians deaths, at the hands of retaliatory attacks from Israel are high;
if my prediction holds true, the number of Palestinian deaths resulting from
retaliatory attacks (both intentionally and unintentionally) is going to be nothing
compared to what is to come but that is what happens to a people who have
persisted in pursuing a culture of violence and death. As it is written, they who live by the sword
will die by the sword. (Mt. 26:52) The so-called Palestinians have for decades
sown hatred, violence, death, and destruction.
They may be about to reap the same and it will not be a joyous thing to
watch. It will be a very tragic event.
Solutions to the “Palestinian threat”
once considered unthinkable and abhorrent by the Israeli public at large will
now be seen as the only viable ones and all to be carried out to eliminate what
they may now come to perceive as an existential threat and a clear and present
danger to their existence as a nation.
If a genocide is destined to be carried out against the so-called
Palestinians, the reason being will not be for ideological reasons, as was the
case in the Armenian genocide, nor will it be done for the sake of preserving
racial purity, as was the case with the holocaust carried out by Adolf Hitler,
but it will be done for the sake of survival and in the name of eliminating
what is seen to be an existential threat.
And if there is any counsel to be
given to those few Palestinians who bare no animosity against the people of
Israel and stand opposed to the violence committed against the Jews by their
fellow Palestinians it would be to:
GET OUT OF GAZA AND THE WEST BANK
WHILE YOU STILL CAN, apply for a visa, and find some other place in the world
where you think you will be safe and wait out the storm and once it has passed,
then check to see if it is safe to return to either Gaza or the West Bank
because wrath may be coming upon the Palestinian people and they through whom
it comes will not be able to distinguish between the guilty and the innocent;
courtesy of centuries of Islamic hatred against the Jews and against Israel
which has been the primary driving force of Palestinian violence against the
Jews both civic and civilian and the very reason why Jews and Palestinians
cannot peacefully coexist with one another and if it weren’t for Islam, the two
peoples probably could live together peaceably.
But brothers of the same father
hating and seeking to kill each other is nothing new nor is it an entirely
unique to Israel and so-called Palestine.
According to the divine scriptures, the first murder known to man and
even history itself was committed by a man against his brother when a man
called Cain, who was disobedient to God slew his brother Abel who was obedient
to God. (Gen. 4:1-8) for there is in man a tendency to hate those whom he is
supposed to love, including those next of kin and even Islam had never been,
the inward tendency to hate one’s fellowman would still reside within humanity
albeit it might be less prevalent, but hatred is in no need of a religious
ideology to manifest itself, but can be caused not just by an ideology but
resentment, jealousy, envy, and even by a wrong or perceived wrong done.
When God looked upon the offering of
Abel favorably and not Cain’s, Cain was very angry and instead of doing that
which was right in the sight of God and submitting himself to doing that which
God had required of him, he, in his anger, killed his brother Abel. (v. 4-8)
As with any other evil, bloodshed
begins from within and it begins with the feelings of hatred, envy, resentment,
covetousness, and jealousy and then ends with the premeditated act and the only
thing that can drive, envy, jealousy, hatred, violence, and murder from the
minds, hearts, and souls of men is a transformed spirit and nature; one
desiring peace, contentment, love, and life and it is this kind of nature and
spirit with which God had initially created man for the world in which God
created and established mankind was a world created to be one in which only
light, life, peace, joy, love, and contentment were to dwell and in which there
was a perfect unity and harmony between God, man, and nature. and there was
nothing withheld from man except for one thing: a tree called the tree of the
knowledge of good and evil (Gen. 2:9) for it was warned of man that in the day
that they ate the fruit from that tree, that they would surely die (Gen.
2:16-17, 3:3) but then, one day, an evil spirit in the form of a serpent crept,
into the wonderful world that God had made and caused man to commit that one
forbidden act that led him into that bondage and captivity from which has
sprung every level, severity, degree, kind, and form of oppression, tyranny,
despotism, and abuse of power known and experienced by man and he did so
through a lie and it was a lie that promised to the first man Adam and the first
woman Eve that if they ate of that forbidden fruit, they would become more
enlightened and even divine and even falsely assured them that they would not
die as they had been warned by God. (Gen. 3:4-5)
That serpent who led Adam and Eve
into committing that first transgression was once an angel and more
specifically, a guardian of the cherub who served at the throne of God until he
was lifted up in pride against his Creator, thinking that he could make himself
equal to God and take for himself that which belonged to God alone and as a
consequence was, along with those who sided with him, cast from the position he
once held in Heaven. (Is. 14:11-21, Ezek. 28:12-19)
That fallen and wicked angel was
called Lucifer and is known today as Satan or the Devil and it was the lie he
told to Adam and Eve which led them to eat of that forbidden fruit that has
made him the father of lies (Jn. 8:44) because the first lie ever known to be
told was told by Satan and it was by a lie that Satan caused not only Adam and
Eve, through an act of disobedience, to become subjugated to a bondage and
captivity such as they had never before experienced, but all of mankind as
well.
Instead of becoming more enlightened,
Adam and Eve only became aware of the consequences of their disobedience that
began to set in, starting with their eyes being open to a nakedness of which
they were embarrassed and ashamed (Gen. 3:7) and instead of becoming divine,
they were reduced to a status inferior to that in which they were first made,
and instead of avoiding death, the sentence of death came upon them as they had
been warned and eventually, they both died. (Gen. 3:19)
But the sentence of death did not end
with just Adam and Eve, because when they had eaten of that forbidden fruit,
something entered into them that resulted in their eventual deaths and what
resulted in their deaths is a condition that entered into them that changed
their nature into something that it was not before they had committed the
transgression and opposite in nature to what God created mankind to be and that
corrupted condition which transformed their inward person is what the Bible
calls sin and it is sin that not only brought death to Adam and Eve, but it
also brought death to the rest of us who are descendants of Adam and Eve (Rom.
5:12) for since we all descend from that first man and that first woman, we
have also inherited from them that same corrupted nature which causes us to all
sin and fall short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23) and as a consequence die,
for as it is written, the wages of sin is death (Rom. 6:23) and what must be
understood about sin is that it is not just an act of evil, bad behavior, or
ill-spoken words. It is far more than
that. It is the inward corrupted nature
of mankind that doesn’t just influence our behavior, actions, or even our
speech, but it also perverts and darkens our thoughts, hardens our hearts,
corrupts our motives, and produces within us wrong attitudes which is why it is
written that man is not defiled by that which is from without, but only by that
which resides from within us because it is that which resides within us that
produces the manifested evils that we witness and even experience firsthand.
(Mt. 15:11, 18-20)
But the effects of sin have not been
confined to just man, but have extended to all of creation which is why it is
written that the entire creation groans and travails in pain to this very day
(Rom. 8:19-22) because every type, sort, degree, kind, and severity of grief,
misery, sorrow, suffering, pain, adversity, and hardship are due to the curse
brought upon it because of sin.
Furthermore, the disobedience of Adam
diminished the dominion over the earth that God had initially given to man as
his disobedience gave Satan justification to claim lordship over the nations
and kingdoms of the earth (Mt. 4:8-9, Lk. 4:6-7) which is why he is called the
prince of this world. (Jn. 12:31, 16:11)
So by a lie was man subjugated to sin
and with it death, thus making Satan who led man into the eating of that
forbidden fruit which brought sin and death into the world not only a liar, but
also a murderer as well. (Jn. 8:44)
By that lie did Satan also usurp the
dominion that was initially given to man which is why he is called a thief (Jn.
10:10)
And by that lie was all of creation
also subjugated to every kind of misery, grief, sorrow, pain, hardship,
adversity, suffering, and evil known to man and not only that but also to a
slow decay and death which is why Satan is also called a destroyer. (v. 10)
And it was with that father of lies
and that thief who comes to kill, steal, and destroy that hatred began; a cold
calculated hatred towards mankind that led to the lie that led Adam and Eve
into doing that which would cause sin to enter into them which in turn would
bring about their eventual deaths and which would pass from them to all of
humanity and thus bring death to all who are born and not just to their bodies
but also a worse death and that is the death that is spiritual and which comes
about by a separation and estrangement from our Creator and would, by a curse,
bring a slow death to all of creation and it is the hatred that began with
Satan which, by sin, entered into humanity and which causes men to rage at and
kill one another, but it is the love of God that brought us redemption. The Lord God Almighty takes no pleasure in
punishment nor in judgment but in love and mercy which is why He is not willing
that any should perish but that all would come to repentance and He has
provided redemption from the sins that condemn us before Him in His only
begotten Son, Jesus Christ, whom He sent into the world, to take upon Himself
the demanded penalty for the sins of the world which He did through the
shedding of His blood upon the cross on which He was crucified for since He was
without sin (2 Cor. 5:21, Heb. 4:15) He was able to be that perfect and
unblemished sacrifice (Heb. 7:26-27) needed to take away our sins and after
having offered Himself up to be put to death on our behalf, He was raised again
from the dead so that we by faith may be justified in Him (Rom. 4:25) if we
will, in sincere faith and repentance, call upon His name for the forgiveness
of sins so that we may be saved from what would be an everlasting damnation.
(Rom. 10:13)
And it is the forgiveness of sins
that reconciles us to our Creator (2 Cor. 5:18) and along with it, a spiritual
transformation (2 Cor. 5:17) that causes us to no longer desire to follow after
selfish and worldly pursuits but after those things that pertain to the Kingdom
of Heaven, (Mt. 6:33)
to no longer take pleasure in those
things that are evil and displeasing in the sight of the Lord, but in that
which is good, right, and pleasing in His sight,
to no longer desire to walk in the
lies of this present world, but only in the truth that comes from Christ
Almighty, (Jn. 14:6) no longer placing our hopes in the things of this present
world, but looking forward to that new and better world to come, (Rev. 21-22)
to no longer rely on worldly
resources, men, or even our own power, abilities, skills, and wisdom for our
needs and provision but upon God who is able to meet all of our needs, (Mt.
6:25-33) recognizing that the resources of this world and even the people He
brings into our lives are but instruments and vessels through which God meets
our needs and that the skills, power, knowledge, and wisdom by which we might
acquire our provision are provided and instilled in us by God,
to no longer fear what men can do to
us, but rather fearing the God before whom we will have to one day give an
account for how we lived our lives, (Mt. 10:28)
to no longer look to corruptible
institutions within our society for direction and order in our lives but to God
who, by His written Word has given us laws and precepts to be applied to our
lives and which serve to produce and maintain an ordered life, and who, by His
Holy Spirit which comes to dwell within us upon repentance, establishes in our
lives a course and direction in our lives to pursue for His glory,
to no longer seek our own glory but
the glory of God,
to no longer rally behind corruptible
men, but instead behind the incorruptible God in Heaven bearing in mind that
those men and women God raises up for our edification are but instruments and
servants of His for that respective purpose to which He has called them,
to no longer seek to align ourselves
with the things of darkness but only with the things of the light,
to no longer trust in the wisdom of
the world but only on the wisdom and knowledge that comes from above, nor
depend on corruptible earthly authorities to swiftly administer justice, but
only in the power of God to deliver us from evil.
And just as our souls are liberated
from judgment through the cleansing of our sins, so one day, we will be made
free of bodily death as well when our bodies which were born into sin are
changed from that which is corruptible and in which sin dwells into that which
is incorruptible and in which dwells no sin (1 Cor. 15:51-55, 1 Thess. 4:13-18)
for in which dwells no sin, dwells no death and finally, creation itself will
be liberated from the curse by which it is afflicted when Satan, who by a lie,
brough ruin to it by causing sin and death to enter into it through the
disobedience of man, is cast out of the world and faces his final sentence when
he, and all who have sided with him, are forever cast into a lake of fire in
which they will be tormented for all eternity, (Rev. 20:10-15) and the creation itself is made anew for when
it is made anew, it will be a place in which there will be no sin, no death or
decay, no evil, nor any curse, nor any grief, suffering, misery, sorrow, pain,
hardship, or adversity, but only peace, contentment, joy, happiness, and
harmony before the Lord God Almighty. (Rev. 21-22)
If you want to be a peacemaker and
take part in a peace process, the peace process must first begin within you by
an inward transformation that can only come of God and before we can make a
lasting peace with our fellowman, we must first make our peace with the God who
made us and offers us redemption and the forgiveness of sins in Christ
Jesus. It is but a simple and sincere
prayer of repentance away:
“Lord Jesus I need you.
I realize that I am a sinner
who has fallen short of the glory of
God
and that my goodness falls short
of your standard of Moral perfection.
Please forgive me of all of my sins.
Come into my heart and into my life
to be the Savior and Lord of my life.
Make me into the servant and follower
that you want me to be.
In your name Lord Jesus, I pray.
Amen.”
Know that God is not concerned with
the words that you use to call upon Him forgiveness, but with the attitude of
your heart and if you have, with all sincerity, have asked Christ to forgive
you of your sins, placing your trust in Him only for your salvation and in
nothing else, then your sins are forgiven and your place in Heaven is certain.
