In the following item, the manner in which Ken Ham describes the approach to scripture [1] is exactly how we all need to learn to approach scripture from the first verse in
Genesis to the last verse in the book of Revelation:
What is presented as
literal and actual history needs to be taken as such and what is presented as
figurative, metaphorical, or allegorical needs to be taken as such but sadly,
many false teachers and heretics have made the scriptures out to be more vague
and obscure than they actually are by attempting to reconcile scripture to
philosophies that stand in opposition to the accounts, prophecies, doctrine,
and instruction thereof.
